How can I start working with you?

The first step is to schedule a FREE consultation call. This is an opportunity to get to know each other. I want to understand where you are at on your healing journey and where you want to go. Then we can chart a course together to help you get there. This is also a time for you to get to know me, to learn about all the different ways we can work together and to choose which is going to be best for you. These calls are complimentary.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not the same as therapy. Therapy is meant to help you process the past, to push you into the painful experience in mind and body, to give you an opportunity to heal the trauma with the therapist. Coaching has a focus on moving forward, and is a great follow up to therapy, or can be done in conjunction with therapy as an additional support. The coaching approach is an educational one. The coaching process trusts that you have everything you need within YOU. Coaching doesn't treat mental health issues, it is a do "with" process where YOU are your greatest teacher.

Can we work together if I have diagnosed depression or anxiety?

Yes, if you have a support system that includes therapy and/or medication I can work with you on practical skills to help you move forward in life in a more empowered way. I cannot diagnose or treat anxiety or depression. However, Breathwork, meditation, and hands on bodywork modalities may help manage the symptoms of these diagnoses. However, I am not a therapist and this work is not a replacement for therapy. You should always consult with your therapist before embarking on any new program of action.

Breathe

Who is breathwork for?

Breathwork is generally safe modality of healing and spiritual awakening that most people can do. However, there are some physical, mental health and cyclical considerations that may guide us to avoid using this technique. It is best for you to schedule a FREE consulation if you have questions.

Breathwork is considered safe for most people.

you should always consult with your physician before beginning any new physical activity.
